Will my child’s medical records stay the same?
Your child’s medical records remain secure and available to our care team. In December, we will be transitioning to a new patient portal powered by Athena.
This new portal will make it easier to view health records, message your care team, and pay bills online. All families will need to complete a quick, one-time registration for the new Athena portal. We will send out registration details and simple instructions as we get closer to December.

No. We continue accepting the same insurance plans and copays. Because practice management is provided by Southern Pediatrics, future billing statements and online portal payments will reflect the Southern Pediatrics name.
